I’ve been busy as ever. I’m now officially rollin’ on dubs 10’s. Just bought my first car last weekend (and got my first parking ticket smh)! I’m also looking for a new ’main’ job and a part-time job because I want to make sure I save enough money to be able to relocate by Jan/Feb. I REFUSE to stay in Philly. I won’t say that I’ll never come back but who knows. At this point there are limited career opportunities for me here, among other things.

I’m sure many of you have seen this before. For those who haven’t, the premise of the site is to put "sorryassbabydaddies" on blast. The site is run by a woman from Philly who hopes that by posting pictures of SABD’s, it will shame them into doing the right thing, or somehow prevent this from happening in the future. For a fee, women can send photos of their SABD’s, along with the children in question and tell their story. I browsed the site several times (including the messageboards) and I just one thing to say.
Most of the stories on that site go a little something like this, "Hi my name is Gina and my three baby daddies are some sorry ass niggas. My first baby daddy was, and still is, a crackhead, and he refuses to handle is responsibility as a father. He has 17 other kids besides mine. My 2nd baby daddy has NEVER had a job and doesn’t support his children - God don’t like ugly! My 3rd baby daddy has been in and out of jail for the past 5 years. We have a 2 year old baby together and he hasn’t seen her in a year. Sorry motherf&^!"
These women absolutely do NOT want to hear that they chose to have kids with men in some SERIOUSLY questionable situations. In their attempts to put an SABD on blast, they also put themselves on blast. WTF are you doing having sex w/ a 17-nut busting crackhead?
I can’t say that I understand why some men will drop their seed any and everywhere and not give a damn. Obviously some of these chicks aren’t wrapped too tight yet they couldn’t care less if they knock the chick up. Remember the loving couple from this post? WHY have they recently conceived a baby? I didn’t tell them "congrats" when I found out because that would’ve been a lie.

Anyway, fellas that are out there making babies and not taking care of their seeds is something that needs to get dealt with. Especially, with so many kids living a skewed life because they had no proper father figure around. I don’t have any children myself, but I can say that I would like to see my brothas step-up to the plate more and hit some home runs instead of fouling out of the game.
But there are circumstances when it isn’t the brothas fault for not being able to be there. Sometimes these sistahs do some foul sh!t by trying to use their kid as leverage to get waht they want. One of my male friends found out that he was a father two years after he broke up with his Ex. The only reason that he found out was because he happened to bump into the Ex’s mother on the street oneday and she propmtly proceeded to start cussing him out for not being there. He had to explain to Mom Dukes that had he known, HE WOULD’VE BEEN THERE, but he was never told. Now my dude is in school so his money is kinda on the short side right now, but he sends money to the Ex every week. Get this: She won’t let him see his kid cause she’s trying to get more dough. His family helped him get a Lawyer so that he could get custody of the baby, but the courts sided with the Ex saying that they felt it was in the baby’s best interest to be with the mother. How is a man supposed to be there for his kid when he gotta deal with that?

It’s taken me 10 mins to figure out what that word meant, my spell check told me get serious, and then… *harps playin* revelation… she means initiative.
